At GoBank we work tirelessly to bring a station to a convenient distance from you. However, there are times when you will go to areas where no GoBank stations have been installed yet. If this is the case, you have up to 30 days to return the battery and all late fees will be refunded to you. To check our late fees please refer to our pricing schedule.
If you lost your GoBank please notify us immediately through the Support section of the app or by sending an email to support@gobankpower.com
Loss of GoBanks may incur a charge. Please refer to our pricing schedule for more information.
We calculate the price of the batteries upon return. The price will change depending on how long you took the battery for.
You can check the order details by going to the ‘Your History’ menu in the app and clicking on the relevant transaction.

Yes! Push the power switch on the upper left side to turn on the GoBank. The GoBank is fully charged when there is a green light glowing. Once turned on, you’re ready to go.
If your GoBank is broken but it can be safely returned to the machine, please do so and contact our support team by going to the Support menu in the app or sending an email to support@gobankpower.com.
If the battery cannot be returned to the machine, please contact our support team through the Support menu in the app or sending an email to support@gobankpower.com.
GoBanks will turn off if they are not in use to make sure the battery will have charge when you need it. Plugging it to your phone will not turn them on. You will need to press the button on the side of the battery.
If after doing this, the battery still doesn’t charge your phone, it might be flat. Please return it to your nearest GoBank station and request another one. Our machines will not give you a battery with a low charge.
